Clorox’s Amazon Brand Store was a standard product catalog that didn’t align with how customers actually think about and use cleaning products. Shoppers weren’t finding what they needed because navigation was organized by product type, not by real-life use cases.
My Approach:
Redesigned the brand store around room-based navigation: Kitchen, Bathroom, Living Areas, Laundry, Bleach, and New Products
• Created an intuitive structure that mirrors how people shop and use cleaning products in real life
